Tomorrow sees a break from league action when we host Goytre United in the Welsh Blood Services League Cup. Kick off is at 2.30.

Despite it only being the fourth match of the season tonight’s game against Ammanford is as big as it comes. Both sides have won three out of three so something has to give. Expect to see former Lido players Mark Jones and Jay Thomas in the visitor’s squad. Kick off is at 7.30

Tuesday evening sees a return to league action when we host newly promoted Caerau Ely at the Marston Stadium kick off is at 7.30

we kick off the new season on Friday night when Ardal South West champions Abertillery Bluebirds will visit the Marston’s Stadium. As usual the kick off is at 7.30

Following our win at Baglan Dragons we have been drawn away to Cymru Premier side Penybont. The tie will be played on August 4th or 5th
